Submission Requirements

 

  • Mandatory Registration and Payment: Only authors and co-authors who are registered and have effectively paid the event registration fee can submit papers. If you haven't registered or made the payment yet, please regularize your situation through our website.

  • Target Audience: We accept papers submitted by Undergraduate and Postgraduate students, Basic Education and Higher Education teachers, and other education professionals.

  • Submission Deadline: Paper submission must be completed by the author via this online form from June 23, 2025, to November 3, 2025.

  • Paper Limit per Registration:

    • Each paper must have one (01) author and up to three (03) co-authors.

    • Up to five (05) papers will be accepted per registration, as follows:

      • Two (02) papers as an author.

      • Three (03) papers as a co-author.

 

Submission Instructions - Communication Modality (Extended Abstract)

 

Papers submitted under the Communication Modality must be in the form of an Extended Abstract. It's crucial to strictly follow the guidelines below:

  • For each paper, an individual form must be completed.

  • Upload TWO PDF Files: You must upload TWO files in PDF format:

    • One file WITH author identification in the body of the text.

    • Another file WITHOUT author identification in the body of the text, meaning the author(s)' name(s) must be suppressed to ensure the blind review process.

  • Attention to Anonymity Breach: Neither in the body of the text nor in footnotes or citations linked to the author(s) and/or advisor should there be any author identification that could lead to an anonymity breach in the "without identification" file.

  • Text Review: The organizing committee will not edit submitted texts. Ensure your paper is reviewed and finalized before submission.

 

Final Considerations

 

  • Publication in Proceedings: Only extended abstracts approved by the Scientific Committee and designated for publication will be included in the event proceedings. The author(s) understand that they grant the event the copyright of the work for publication purposes.

  • No Refunds: There will be no refunds for unapproved proposals.

  • Anti-Plagiarism: Extended abstracts must comply with Law No. 10.695 of July 1, 2003 (anti-plagiarism).

  • Submission Tracking: The entire process of submission, registration, and evaluation tracking must be done exclusively in the congress participant's area on the event website.
