The Study and Research Group: Curriculum, Formation, and Teaching Work (GEP-CFTD), in partnership with the Observatory of Public Basic Education in the State of Paraná, proposes the I International Congress of the Study and Research Group: Curriculum, Formation, and Teaching Work (GEP-CFTD) and the I International Meeting of the Observatory of Public Basic Education in the State of Paraná. The objective is to broaden the dialogue among researchers, basic and higher education teachers, undergraduate and postgraduate students, managers, and other education professionals, addressing the interfaces between curriculum, teacher training, and educational practices in contexts of social transformation.

 

The event aims to foster the exchange of experiences, practices, and research developed at national and international levels, strengthening collaboration networks and reaffirming the public university's role in producing knowledge committed to the social quality of education.

In this sense, the event's organization is focused on building a structure that promotes new perspectives and meanings for education through a diverse and interactive program. Leveraging its hybrid format, the event seeks to enhance the exchange of knowledge among participants from different regions of the country and the world, thereby contributing to the promotion of human, academic, and professional development committed to the ethical, scientific, and technological advancement of society.

 

Objectives

 

• Promote academic debate on curriculum, teacher training, pedagogical practices, educational technologies, dissemination, and democratization of information in Brazilian and international contexts.

• Share research and experiences developed within the Study and Research Group: Curriculum, Formation, and Teaching Work and NAPI - Education of the Future, Axis 1, Observatory of Public Basic Education in Paraná.

• Stimulate dialogue among universities, schools, and education networks regarding contemporary challenges in education.

• Increase the visibility of pedagogical practices committed to the principles of democratic, inclusive, and quality education.

 

Target Audience

 

• Researchers and professors from Higher Education and Basic Education.

• Undergraduate and postgraduate students.

• School managers and technical staff from public and private education networks.

• Social movements and other interested parties in the themes.

 

Format and Planned Activities

 

The event will be held in a hybrid format, combining in-person activities with live streaming via YouTube. The opening and closing conferences, as well as book launches, will take place in person and be broadcast on the event's official channel. Oral communications, thematic roundtables, and mini-courses will be held virtually, also with YouTube streaming.

Fee: R$ 30.00.

Certificates of general participation in the event, mini-courses, and paper presentations will be issued. Additionally, presented papers will be published in the event proceedings.
