GENERAL RULES FOR SUBMISSION OF WORKS IN COMMUNICATION MODE (remote):
ATTENTION: Only authors and co-authors who are registered and have effectively paid the registration fee can submit papers.

Work submissions must be made by the author(s) on the UEL website from June 23, 2025, to November 3, 2025.

Works submitted by undergraduate and postgraduate students, basic education and higher education teachers, and other education professionals will be accepted.

Each work must contain one (01) author and up to three (03) co-authors. Up to five (05) works per registration will be accepted: two as author(s) and three as co-author(s).

Submissions for the Communication Modality must be in the form of an extended abstract, via the link: https://www.sistemasweb.uel.br/index.php?contents=system/insc/index.php&pagina=view/inscricoes/seleciona_evento.php&cod_evento=10781. Submissions must strictly follow the MODEL. No changes to the MODEL's formatting will be allowed.

The author must submit TWO PDF FILES: one file WITH author identification in the body of the text, and another file WITHOUT author identification in the body of the text (i.e., suppressing the author(s)' name(s)) to ensure the blind review process.

Neither in the body of the text, in footnotes, nor in citations linked to the author(s) and/or advisor, should there be any author identification that could compromise anonymity.

Submitted texts will not be edited.

Only extended abstracts approved by the Scientific Committee and indicated for publication will be published in the event proceedings. The author(s) acknowledge that they transfer the copyright of the work to the event for publication purposes.

There will be no refunds for unapproved proposals.

The entire process of submission, registration, and evaluation tracking must be done exclusively in the congress participant's area on the event website.
Extended Abstract Formatting

Minimum 4,000 characters and maximum 6,000 characters with spaces (between 4 and 6 pages), considering text, tables, charts, graphs, and/or figures, excluding references.

1.5 line spacing; Arial font; size 12.

The extended abstract must have the following structure: Title, Author(s), Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusions, Acknowledgments (optional), and References.

The text, especially references, citations, and footnotes, must comply with ABNT standards.

General Evaluation Criteria for Extended Abstracts

Relevance and pertinence of the work according to the syllabus of the chosen Thematic Axis.

Consistency and rigor in the theoretical-methodological approach and argumentation.

The evaluation of the work will be carried out by the Scientific Committee of each axis.

No appeals will be accepted for proposals rejected for publication in the proceedings.

Extended abstracts that do not meet the elaboration criteria as per the MODEL will not be evaluated.
Oral Presentation of Communication

The work must be presented by the author(s) and/or co-author(s).
-
Each work will have a maximum of 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussions. Discussions of the works are at the discretion of the session coordinator.
